Official re-release of the two demos:"For Bereavement We Cried" (1994) and "Ablaze My Sorrow" (1995).Limited to 100 copies in gold hotfoil stamped box:50 copies as a standard edition with 2 tapes and a logo patch.
As Ablaze My Sorrow's first demo, this tape really shines. The first track "Incipit Trageodia" is a wonderful melodic piano piece. The vocals on the tape are not of the quality of their later albums - as Martin Qvist was doing both guitars and vocals on this demo. A few riffs are recognizable, such as in the song Nightfall - where the main riff is transformed into one of their later songs on their first full length album. The demo ends with the intrumental "Trespassers" which is a good, melodic ending song. All in all, this is a good preview to the talents of the band to come, and a must listen for fans of the band.
