Czarna Magia "Inwokacja Pierwotnej Mocy" CD

Descripción It took me almost two months to review this material. I listened to it many times, although – as you will soon see – it did not deserve such great interest.
I think that the name of the project, the title and the cover perfectly reflect the musical content hidden on the silver disc. Black Magic is a two-person horde of gentlemen known from Skald of Morgoth and Serpent Seed. So basically bands with a weak range of likes. What they presented on "Inwokacja Pierwotnej Mocy" will have an even smaller target. Not at all because it is shitty. Because it is not.
The gentlemen decided to take on black metal, bordering on “raw”. Although – and I consider this a plus – they are far from the genre’s die hards. This is material that is listenable, although there are shallows where our ears get bogged down. It is not enough to completely give up on checking out Black Magic. The gentlemen operate quite freely between fast and slow tempos. However, it could not escape my attention that the last roller on the album “Sen Czarownika” definitely comes out the best. An interesting aspect – at least from a reviewer’s point of view – is that this horde very steadily maintains a thin line of raw black, after crossing which there is kitsch, banality and colourful fairs. Although in some places their feet slip. The clean vocals in “Inwokacja pierwszyj Sił” are the best example of this. A big plus for recording the whole thing at home. I can't write anything more clever or stupid about this simple material.
To sum up. "Inwokacja pierwszyj Siły" will definitely not arouse such interest and respect among metalheads as Stachursky's new single. I wouldn't count on that. However, I am convinced that this material will find its audience. As I mentioned, small, but probably loyal.
