FLEGETHON started as ambient project in 1999, making in this style demo and one album. On 2nd album appeared the elements of doom and black influenced of BURZUM and ABRUPTUM.
In 2003 F. stay one-man-band and continue to working in funeral doom metal genre, influenced such bands as UNTIL DEATH OVERTAKES ME, SHAPE OF DESPAIR, SKEPTICISM, NORTT.
