Descripción We made the decicion to make a self titled debut album pretty much instantly when we started working on it. It never had any alternative titles going around. It's a subtle homage to classics like Iron Maiden, B*r*um, The Doors, Black Sabbath and so on. If you read yesterday's post, you'll also know that this album already was a part of a bigger plan, in a series of conceptual releases. Therefore a title wasn't really necessary. We were working together with our friend Olle Olsson (the man behind Funeral March 'Zine, nowadays the singer of Nordkväde and Last Legion) for the layout and he agreed to create the cover art for us. We wanted it to feel like a shield or a cover of an ancient book. The album itself is a continuation of the previously released EP "Helfärd" and the cover lets the listener enter another volume, or the next chapter if you will.
Many ask about this album and as we have distanced ourselves from Unexploded after being treated like garbage, we have no idea on how to obtain copies. We were trying to get a vinyl release to happen 8 years ago but it led to nothing. As we don't have the rights for the album master there's basically nothing we can do. It is available on streaming platforms but disrespectfully misspelled as "Grà". We did ask for our rights back quite recently but they basically said it's their property and if anyone is to make money from it, it's them. Would be a great start to make it available then, right?
