This compilation includes the entire band recordings from 1996 - 2000.
Tracks 1 to 5 are a previously unreleased studio session from January 2000.
Tracks 6 to 8 are a complete 1997 recording session.
Tracks 6 and 7 were originally released on the split 7" with Absurd.
Track 9 - 18, featured here in no particular order, are from Rehearsal 1 and Rehearsal 2, and Demo 1 + 2.
