Joyless Euphoria plays "Posthuman Black Metal" exclusively from the deepest pain and mourning. Martin started his band in june 2016 and did the whole music on his own, recorded it in a studio in Vienna from november 2016 til february 2017. He wanted to create something in the style of Deafheaven / Alcest with some clean vocals and doom and blues influences. Joyless Euphoria means both sides of life: depression and happiness. The story tells you the feelings of a father whose daughter committed suicide by train, mourning, depression but also hope for a new life.
