This tribute CD honors the legendary band ARGENTUM, originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, who have left a significant mark and influence on metal fans. Their music encompassed various styles, including black, death, gothic, symphonic, and folk, and they used several languages in their lyrics, such as English, Spanish, and Latin.
Focusing exclusively on this tribute CD and its contents, we'll discuss what it is, how it represents a legacy, and let history speak for itself.

The CD opens with "Ivocatio," a track performed by Chebb himself, also known as BOKOR, an exclusive song for this tribute. The first band to participate in this tribute is EXAVERSUM from Guadalajara, Jalisco, who play black metal with the song "The Chariot Mourning," giving it a darker and more refreshing edge. Next up is "Mortuus Infradaemoni" by the one-man band ANCESTRAL DOMAINS, also from Guadalajara, Jalisco, whose version is excellent, 100% pure, unadulterated Black Metal. Then it's A LAST HUMAN 666's turn from Monterrey, Nuevo León, with the song "Horta Funebra," which is very faithful to the original, featuring keyboards but with their characteristic Black Death style. ALPHERATZ from Morelia, Michoacán delivers a killer rendition of "Ad Posthumum," a version very close to the original with its Dark and Symphonic passages. UNLIGHT from Chihuahua, Mexico, gives us their version of "Umbradiabolus," another piece faithful to the original with their Black Metal touch. MALLEUS MALEFICARUM from Durango, Mexico, covers "The Gardens Of The Insane Renovations" very well in a more Melodic Death style. Next up is REX DEFUNCTIS, featuring Khabbe himself on vocals (founding member of ARGENTUM, who instilled that dark essence and all his influences that made the band a legend). Their chosen track is "Nocternarum," recorded live at one of their shows, as the band no longer exists. It's an excellent track despite its somewhat ambient sound. ERESHKIGAL from the State of Mexico, Mexico, follows with "The Serpent's Lament," a good track faithful to the original version. HUNBATZ from Villahermosa, Tabasco, delivers "Mors Imperium Aetherniam," a very good Black Metal version. HARKONNEN chose "La Sorella Di Satana," and it's every bit as good as the original. DOLL 38 closes the CD with "Bassium Mortis," a very refreshing take on Metal Rock.
