Track 9 Sacrilegium Cover!!

"Through The Frozen Styx" is the second album by Profanatism, although most of the material is chronologically earlier and was released as a demo called "My Kingdom Come" and in a split with Sarg. For the album, the content was expanded with three new songs, including a cover Sacrilegium.
We are introduced to the journey through Styx by an ominous intro, in which we are possessed by the devil. This is certainly a relief and even a blessing, because in this way it will be easier to find your way in the dark essence that the next issue brings. We are surrounded by black metal, tarry and permeated with the wildness of underground depths, but having its own melody. Not all the time, because there is also a lot of threshing, but these fluid riffs and solos emerge pleasantly. A lot of paranoia is introduced by the screaming vocals, which successfully give a dark atmosphere and it blends well with the guitars. In such "Scorn" there is more of this atmosphere and stepping deeper into the cave actually brings with it more and more spectacular experiences. Until finally we descend to Hades, and then we meet the sons of all devils. A select company, and a feast runs through fierce screams and devastating black metal. Exactly as the ancients imagined it!!
“Come, My Kingdom” is the only song in Polish where we probably come to the surface a little, not only because of the wind blowing, but also because of the greater care in articulate text, which, unlike English shouting, allows most people to understand it. Black tar returns in these newer tracks, but everything is not the same. There is a lot of playing in different tempos, there are blast beats, solos and the aforementioned melodies, and the title track is completely surprising with its wandering marching rhythm.
Finally, a great cover of Sacrilegium and this is from the first demo of "Sleeptime". Damn, I've had this tape since it was released. If someone had told me back then that they would cover it someday, I would have thought it was funny. Life is full of surprises...
