For this week’s Dungeon Synth Sunday, we are proud to present the first release from Varkaros –Dungeon Synth project from Morthalion, of black metal bands Arna and Bastard of Loran.
Where those projects produce simmering, broiling tempests of blackened aggression, and tar-thick, pitch black atmosphere, Varkaros is a suitable lightless, elegance and grandiose expansiveness, to complement and balance the claustrophobia.
A widescreen, vintage-toned, epic adventure through a landscape of triumphant melodies, tense, dramatic drone and buoyant, jubilant victories.
The album is being released through Northern Silence Productions in Europe, and Ancient Meadow in the US in the very near future.
