Spawned under twilight possession from the presence of Them year 10 at month VI a.y.p.s.
All poetry and ritualistic atmospheres is written and performed by the influence of Them.

Wulkanaz is the third incantation from the rather new underground label Aetergap Productions and so far this small yet promising label has released quality music in the shape of Panphage, Hexenwald, and now Wulkanaz.
Wulkanaz differs a lot from the bands that I just mentioned though. What you get is pretty raw and lo-fi black metal (lovers of rehearsal-style recordings should pay some attention to this one), but at the same time manages to do something a bit different. There is an experimental "vibe" in the music and by that I don't mean in terms of being technical, but rather trying to do things a little bit differently.
The best way to describe it would be to say that Wulkanaz has a "dark folk rock" feel over some parts while at the same time mixing in good old school-styled black metal from the days of yore. Also, there is an "ugly" feel to the music while at the same time sounding melodic (but not overly melodic) at times. The vocals sound as if they were sung by a madman and it feels refreshing to hear someone not misusing the use of reverb like most bands tend to do. I personally did not think that I would end up enjoying it as much as I would, but there is no point with me rambling on so contact Aetergap Productions and pick up this little "gem".
