"De Zwarte Soldaten" (the black soldiers) is a song from the Dutch National Socialist Movement (NSB).
The black soldiers are the members of the WA (Weerbaarheidsafdeling), the paramilitary arm of the NSB.
It's a Dutch version of the German SA song "Die Braunen Soldaten".
