Invoking an atmosphere of conflict and ancient rituals, stelae are scattered around a hill and flames in the sky. It introduces themes of divination and wounds of memory, with a journey to the sources of meaning, passing through the circles of blood sacrifice.
A story that culminates in a call for revenge in an unholy war, with the promise of rebirth under the power of the solstice, punctuated by boreal ichor. It evokes a dark and frightening atmosphere, with references to corpses, rotting crypts and the soul's struggle between reality and nightmares.
With an experience of pain and repulsion, where existence feels trapped in a terrible place, fueling hatred for the world of the living. Dark voices and whispers of darkness call to the lyrical self, who yearns to be forced into an eternal dimension marked by blood and mystery.
Exsanguinare practices traditional Black Metal and some icy riffs and emphasizes the importance of the power of the sun in renewing and connecting with Nordic roots.
