Originally signing with world-renowned guitar god label Shrapnel Records in 1992 at the unheard of age of only 19, Toby Knapp has never looked back and continues to have a productive and prolific career in rock and heavy metal!
Recording albums for over 20 of his own bands including Onward, Toby Knapp, Affliktor, Where Evil Follows, Necrytis & Darken among others, being a full time guitar teacher, as well as a session studio and live musician for a multitude of world class national artists including Attila Csihar (Mayhem), Godless Rising, Fetid Zombie, Abhor & many more, Toby Knapp has kept very busy over the decades and has solidified his position as an all-around world-wide guitar hero, Virtuoso and legend!
Signing with Moribund Records in 2014 for his band Waxen, Knapp immediately released their second full-length album “Agios Holokauston” the same year, redefining black metal and simultaneously inventing an entirely new sub-genre “Shred-Black Metal”!
