Primordial Serpent is a solo Black Metal project/band created by Geoff Coran, the composer behind the dungeon synth project Kalameet and bassist for drone metal band Dojo Kobra, based in Winnipeg, MB, Canada!
I will never fail to lend my support to the mighty Primordial Serpent! One of the greatest one-man projects in the scene, delivering full-band scale old school melodic black metal that deservedly picks up hordes of new listeners with every release.
It has been great to see this album in particular catching so much attention - in part, that striking evocative artwork by Hay Seed demands listening to, and as soon as you hit play the hooks keep coming thick and fast, like that murder of crows exploding from the gnarled towers depicted on the cover.
Another masterful series of ice-cold black metal tracks that make this album more than worthy of a physical edition, and I am sure there are labels considering how to do it justice as we speak.
