Dead Sun "The Clockwise Charade" CD

"The Clockwise Charade" consists of 6 new tracks and 7 old tracks from 1996 - 1999 and 2005 demos.

Track 1-7 recorded 2008 at The Rotpit and Studio Brainiar.
Track 8-9 recorded at The Rotpit 2005.
Track 10-14 recorded 1999 at Studio Impa.

Dead Sun was a mid tempo death metal act in the vein of Edge Of Sanity, Gates Of Ishtar and Katatonia in their Brave Murder Day period, that released two demos in the late 90s. The demo material also featured guitar player Andreas Karlsson who together with Rogga Johansson went on to form Paganizer. Dead Sun was working on a full length at the time but due to different circumstances the album never materialized and the band into hibernation for a couple of years until Rogga Johansson decided to bring it back to life in 2005 together with Pagaziner, Ribspreader, Blodsrit drummer Matthias Fiebig. A new demo was recorded in 2005 and another one in 2008. The first full length album, The Clockwise Charade. was then released in 2013 and it features the 2008 material together with 2 tracks from the 2005 studio session and 5 tracks from the 1999 promo demo.
